DAHYUN KIM (김다현) is a Seoul-born choreographer, dancer, and educator whose work bridges contemporary dance, house, and Korean traditional rhythms. With an M.F.A. in Dance from NYU Tisch and a passion for storytelling, Dahyun explores themes of resilience and joy, often rooted in Korean culture and history. Known for activating the inner child in dancers, their choreography fosters curiosity, play, and cultural responsibility. Dahyun’s works, including 흥|Joy and 초희|Chohui, challenge stereotypes of East Asian culture by celebrating its dynamic and versatile nature.
