JESSICA MARCHAND, born and raised in metro-Vancouver, Canada, moved to NYC to study at Peridance Center in their Certificate program at 18 years old. Post-graduation, Jessica is freelancing around NYC, as well as exploring her own choreographic endeavours. Jessica will be presenting "la novelita" a multi-generational story inspired by the three main woman figures in Jessica’s life. Her family's story is told from the perspective of Jessica's abuela who suffers from Alzheimer’s Dementia. She is an immigrant who does not remember immigrating, a mother who cannot recognize her daughters, and a sister living through childhood. @jessica__marchand
