POGO DANCE

POGO was established by Emily Kessler as a container for her endeavors in choreography and collaboration. Her choreographic work has been presented in venues such as Pageant (NY), The Performance Garage (PA), Triskelion Arts (NY), Queens Theatre (NY), Chapman Steamer Arts (NY), Dixon Place (NY), Austin Ventures Studio Theater (TX), The Trust Performing Arts Center (PA), Manhattan Movement and Arts Center (NY), and Westbeth Center for the Arts (NY), among others. In the first years of the pandemic, POGO created POGO in the Park to showcase and support work of up-and-coming NYC-based dance artists. POGO continues to make work for the stage, film, and site-specific locations. @pogo.dance
