Cancelation Policies

​

General:

↠ There is basic wifi with login information in each studio.

​

↠ Bathroom essentials, first aid kit, and other supplies can be found in the bathroom.

​

↠ Each studio includes a basic receiver connected to speakers. You can connect your laptop or phone to the receiver through an aux cable (we do not provide an iPhone dongle).

​

↠ Only soft-soled, non-marking, dance or athletic shoes, bare feet and socks are allowed on the dance floor.

​

↠ We do not allow parties, alcohol, food or drinks in the studios. 

​

↠ No smoking anywhere inside the building. No incense or open flames of any sort.

 

↠ Promotional materials are not to be placed in the building or outside the building without prior consent.

 

↠ Please be respectful to other activities in the building, keep the doors closed and all noise at a manageable level, no loitering in the hallways.

 

↠ Props need to be constructed in such a way that they cause no damage to the floors. All props must have felt padding or protective covering on any part that rests on the floor.

 

↠ Renters may never leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio or hallway. Arts On Site NYC is not responsible for any such items left on the premises.

 

↠ There is to be no use of pushpins, nails or screws into the brick or plaster walls.

↠ For any emergency situations, including accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire, call 911.

​

Studio 3F:

↠ Street shoes, spiked heels, tap shoes, flamenco and cleats are not allowed on the sprung hardwood dance floors.

 

↠ Use of piano in 3F must be pre-approved before rental period. Renter agrees to not move the piano and not place anything on the piano. If used, the cover must be replaced.

Studio 3R:

↠ Street shoes, spiked heels, tap shoes, flamenco and cleats are not allowed on the Marley dance floor. 

 

↠ Renters are prohibited from using the light and sound board unless pre-approved.

 

↠ Please do not move, remove or otherwise disturb the black curtains that outline the 3R Performance space.

Payment:

↠ Payment is available through check, cash and Venmo. Checks are made payable to Arts On Site NYC, Inc. Venmo is payable to Arts On Site NYC (@artsonsitenyc).

 

For Studio 3R performances, show, and film shoot rentals a 50% down payment will be due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Reservations made four (4) weeks or less of the reserved date must be paid in full at time of booking. 

 

For all other bookings: Payment will be due at time of booking.

 

Arts On Site reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received when due.

 

 Cancellations:

↠ For Studio 3R Performance, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 45 days before your confirmed rental date. Studio 3R performance reservations canceled within 45 days of your confirmed rental date will not be refunded. 

 

For all other bookings, you may cancel up to two (2) weeks before your confirmed rental date for a full refund. Reservations changed or canceled within two (2) weeks of your confirmed rental date will not be refunded.
